Riding the excitement of the World Cup, OKX is rewarding our VIP users with an exclusive gift set. The gift set contains an OKX limited-edition Mini Soccer ball, football jersey with personalized name and number on the back, among other items.

How can I get the World Cup VIP Exclusive Gift Set?

  • A snapshot will be taken on March 25, 2026, at 10:00 (UTC+8). Users who are VIPs at the time of the snapshot will be eligible to receive a World Cup VIP Exclusive gift set.

  • VIPs may submit their delivery address, Customization Name and Number on the football Jersey from March 25, 2026 at 12:00PM (UTC+8) to March 31, 2026 at 12:00PM (UTC+8).

Notes:

  • Only verified VIP users are eligible. Trial VIP accounts aren't eligible for the World Cup VIP Exclusive Gift Set.

  • Submit your shipping information on time: Please provide an accurate delivery address before the deadline specified above. If you don't fill in the address information before the deadline or fill in an incorrect address, your gift set will be forfeited and re-shipment will not be available.

  • Estimated delivery time: The gift set will be distributed at the time specified above. Delivery times may vary depending on merchandise production schedules and logistics conditions.

How do I claim my gift set ?

You may submit your shipping information via the designated event page under My Rewards > Merch. Please follow the instructions provided therein to ensure timely shipment.

How do I track the delivery of this merch?

Why don't I see a claim entry if I became a VIP after the snapshot?

Eligibility is based on your VIP tier at the time of the designated snapshot. Only users who met the VIP requirements at that exact point will see the claim entry on their page.

I missed the claim window. Can I still apply after it closes?

No. The claim window is open for a limited time only. Once it has closed, the system will no longer accept new submissions.

Can I change the size or delivery details I've already submitted?

No. The World Cup gift box and apparel are customized merchandise. Once dispatched, modifications and returns are not possible. Please double-check your details before submitting.

Can I use someone else's name as the recipient?

Yes. The gift box will be shipped to the delivery information you provide. As long as the name and address are accurate, delivery will proceed normally.

Can I use an overseas delivery address?

Delivery may not be available in all countries or regions. To confirm whether your location is within our delivery coverage, please contact customer support.

Which logistics provider will handle my delivery?

The most suitable provider will be automatically assigned based on your region. Selecting a specific courier is not supported. Tracking details will be available on the page once your order has shipped.

Can my shipment be expedited?

This campaign uses batch shipping, so timelines may vary by region. Individual expediting is not available, orders are fulfilled in sequence after registration is complete.

Can I claim more than one set of merchandise?

No. Merchandise is available in limited quantities, and each eligible user may claim one set only.

Can I claim individual items from the gift box?

No. The gift box is distributed as a complete set, claiming individual items or specific components separately is not supported.

Can VIP users claim this gift box as a birthday reward?

No. This gift box is specific to the campaign and must be claimed during the campaign period. Separate birthday claims aren't available for this item.

Will a drop in VIP tier after claiming affect my shipment?

No. Eligibility is locked in based on your VIP tier at the snapshot time. Once you've completed registration, your shipment will not be affected.

Can I choose the contents or style of the gift box?

No. Gift boxes are distributed on a randomized basis, selecting specific items or styles isn't supported.

Can corporate accounts participate?

Yes. Eligible corporate account users can log in to the app during the campaign period to fill in their delivery information and complete registration within the specified timeframe.

What should I do if my merchandise arrives damaged or with missing items?

Please contact customer support with details of the issue and the specific items affected. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or reshipment as appropriate.

How long does a replacement or reshipment take?

Do I need to return the entire set to exchange one item?

No. You only need to return the specific item that requires replacement.

Can I request a reshipment for a missing item?

Yes. If an item is confirmed missing, you can submit a reshipment request. Please provide details of the missing item. The replacement will be sent to your original registered address by default. If you need to use a different address, please contact our customer support.

  • This VIP giveaway promotion ("Promotion") is being offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX").

  • The Promotion starts on March 25, 2026 at 12:00PM (UTC+8) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 12:00PM (UTC+8)(the "Promotional Period").

  • By default, users who enter the Promotion page and participate in this Promotion are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

  • The Promotion is only available to existing eligible OKX VIP users (as of 25 March 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+8)) who meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Users").

  • Eligible Users must (1) pass or have passed OKX's advanced identity verification, (2) reach or maintain OKX VIP status as of 25 March 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+8), (3) join the Promotion by providing all of the required information (such as delivery address) on the Promotion's landing page.

  • The Promotion consists of an OKX swag item.

  • Limit one (1) Gift Set per Eligible User. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any Gift Sets.

  • Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the Reward, are the sole responsibility of the individual Reward recipient.

  • The Gift Set will be distributed after the Promotional Period ends.
