How do I transfer my funds (App/Web)
After successfully purchasing a digital asset (such as USDT), the asset will enter your funding account. To trade your digital assets, you need to perform a Transfer to your trading account. There are no fees for internal fund transfers, and the assets are credited in real-time.
How to transfer funds on the app
On app: select Assets > Transfer > From: Funding; To: Trading > Select the Asset you want to transfer > Enter the amount > Select Confirm. This will move your digital asset from your funding account to your trading account which allows you to access more trade options.
How to transfer funds on the web platform
On Web: Visit our website at www.okx.com > Select Assets > Transfer > Select the Asset you want to transfer > From: Funding; To: Trading > Enter the amount > Transfer. This will transfer your digital assets from your funding account to your trading account which allows you to experience more trade options.
If you are unable to transfer funds, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. You have reached your verification limit.
You can check the frozen amount on the Assets' Overview page. Click on View details > complete authentication to finish a higher-level verification, which will lift the corresponding restrictions and increase your deposit and withdrawal limit.
2. Your trading account has open positions. You need to wait until these positions are closed before you can transfer funds. If your earnings exceed the occupied margin, you can transfer the principal amount in your account, but you must wait until the positions are closed to transfer the earnings portion.
3. You have reached the network deposit limit. Excess funds' usage is limited on the platform, and the restrictions will be lifted in batches according to the daily limit.
4. The futures cryptocurrency you are trading has triggered the platform's real-time settlement mechanism, temporarily preventing fund transfers. Please try again later.
Note: If you have an earn you are currently subscribing to, you need to redeem it before transferring funds.
