PayPal’s PYUSD has surpassed $3B in circulation for the first time ever, becoming only the third fiat-backed stablecoin to reach that milestone. It’s grown by 28% since October, setting a new all-time high of $3.1B.
@PayPal now facilitates over $2.65B in weekly transfers through PYUSD and has onboarded more than 44,000 onchain users to its stablecoin.
PYUSD is also gaining traction across both Ethereum ($2B+) and Solana ($1B+), solidifying its position as programmable money at scale.
