How do I manage deposit addresses?
To manage your crypto more conveniently and securely, you can add and manage deposit addresses on OKX by purpose, helping improve asset security. Due to the anonymity of blockchain technology, only transaction records associated with an address can be viewed, and personal identity information cannot be obtained through an address alone. This article explains how to add and manage deposit addresses.
Add address
App: On the deposit page, after selecting the crypto and network, select Address > below the QR code and select Add address.
Web: On the deposit page, after selecting the crypto and network, select Address > next to the QR code, then select Generate new address.
Manage address
App: On the deposit page, after selecting the crypto and network, select Address > below the QR code, then select the Edit icon in the upper-right corner to modify the address name.
Web: On the deposit page, after selecting the crypto and network, select Address > next to the QR code, then select Manage address book. You can view all addresses you have created for the selected crypto and network, edit the Address name, or add new addresses.
Delete address
Note: Created deposit addresses cannot be deleted.
You can add up to 20 deposit addresses for different crypto and different networks. Each address can be used as a receiving address. We recommend adding deposit addresses based on your actual needs.
