How do I schedule a video call with customer support?

If you're required to have a video call session with our customer support team, you'll see a notification banner after logging into your account. Follow the steps below to schedule your video call:
- Log in to your account and click the banner at the top of the page. - Example of the notification shown on your app 
- Select Get Started to begin the scheduling process - Get started to schedule a video call 
- Provide 2 available time slots that work for you and Next - Provide 2 available time slots 
- You'll see a confirmation page once your call has been successfully scheduled.
