How do I manage deposit addresses?
To manage your cryptocurrency more conveniently and securely, you can add and manage deposit addresses on OKX by purpose, helping improve asset security. Due to the anonymity of blockchain technology, only transaction records associated with an address can be viewed, and personal identity information cannot be obtained through an address alone. This article explains how to add and manage deposit addresses.
Add address
On the App: On the deposit page, after selecting the coin and network, click [Address>] below the QR code, then [Add Address].
Web: On the deposit page, after selecting the coin and network, click [Address>] next to the QR code, then select [Add Address].
Manage address
On the App: On the deposit page, after selecting the coin and network, click [Address >] below the QR code, then tap the "Edit" button in the upper right corner to edit the address name.
Web: On the deposit page, after selecting the token and network, click [Address>] to the right of the QR code, then [Manage Address Book]. Here, you can view all the addresses you have created for that token on the selected network. You can edit the [Address Name] or continue to add new addresses.
Delete address
Please note: Created deposit addresses cannot be deleted.
You can add up to 20 deposit addresses for different coins and different chains. Each address can be used as a receiving address. We recommend that you choose whether to add deposit addresses based on your own needs.
